Our Mission

Our Staff

  • Pastor Jeremy Motes

    PRINCIPAL

Our pastor wears many hats and now one of them is ACA’s Principal. He spent a third of his academic years in the principal’s office, so he has a plenty of experience. In all seriousness, Pastor Motes graduated from Calvary Academy and has a great foundation and vision for our Christian school. Pastor Motes graduated from Truth College at the Rock with a certificate of Theology in 2019. His favorite subject is History.

  • Sis. Hannah Motes

    OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Sis. Motes also wears many hats, and we can always count on her to get things done. In 2014, she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Health Education and Promotion from UALR. She also graduated with a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Liberty University in 2019. Her favorite subject in school was Art and English. ACA is excited to have her helping us navigate this journey!

  • Sis. Aimee Hill

    ON SITE TEACHER

ACA is very blessed to have Sis. Aimee Hill at the forefront of leading our students. Sis. Hill graduated with a Bachelor of Business in Accounting in 2002. She has taught our curriculum for 6 years with her own children (K4-11th grade). Her favorite subject is Math. She is very organized and will be a huge asset at making things run seamlessly.

Our Curriclum

Abeka offers a high-quality academic program that is comprehensive and biblically based. The curriculum is for Preschool–Grade 12 with a traditional, spiral learning approach. Enrollment is limited to members of FAC.

Concurrent Enrollment

Our students who meet eligibility requirements have the opportunity to take college courses at Southern Arkansas University during their junior and senior year for dual credit. Students who meet eligibility requirments also have the opportunity to take college courses at the University of Arkansas at Pulaski Tech beginning in ninth grade for dual credit. These opportunities gives exceptional students a head start on advancing their academic career.

John & Ordell Becton Memorial Scholarship

A memorial scholarship was established in 2022 in honor of John and Ordell Becton’s legacy. The scholarship is awarded to seniors who meet eligibility requirements to help further their academic career while recognizing their dedication, perserverance, and determination in academic excellence.

Kaitlyn Hill, great-granddaughter of the late John and Ordell Becton, was the very first, well deserving recipient of the memorial scholarship. Kaitlyn was awarded the scholarship at her high school graduation on May 12, 2023 to use towards furthering her education at Southern Arkansas University in Magnolia, Arkansas.

Scholarship donations are accepted year round including memorial donations on behalf of a loved one who has passed away. A letter will be sent with every memorial donation made.
